Sold in 7 steps

1. Introduction

One of our agents will contact you, and this agent will be your guide throughout the process. It works for both parties most efficiently. You can reach your broker from Monday to Saturday. We will inform you about our rates, we work on a No Cure, No Pay principle.

2. Market analysis

AKG Real Estate advises you to determine a realistic, competitive price. We check the condition of your home, the residential environment, the financial aspects, the homeowners’ association, the energy index and make an environmental analyse.

We discuss any improvements to the property for optimal results. For example, we can assist in (re)styling or make small adjustments, so it is easier to sell. We check as well your position of your property to analyse supply and demand. We check prices of other (similar) houses which have been sold.

3.Sales strategy

AKG Real Estate advises you regarding the sale strategy. Would you sell your object quickly or do you have other requirements? We take that onboard. We optimise your object by means of professional photos, floor plans, videos and opportunities and it is even possible to do(re) styling. AKG Real Estate advertises with a sign and funda.nl. We use social media as well.

4.Viewings

We will respond within 1 business day and will organise a tour/viewing. Once a week we report to you, as a seller, to give you an update. We ask potential buyers to fill a questionnaire, so that we can discuss with you any improvement points. That we at least have information/customer feedback.

5. Negotiate

if there is an offer, we will discuss this and we advise on the next steps and we make the best possible price for you. In addition, we look at the date of the transfer, subject to regulatory approval and any acquisition of goods. We also ask whether a buyer can show his financial position, so we know he is able to pay.

6.Transfer

If there is an agreement, we have to set up a purchase contract as soon as possible. Which we help you with. After the legal respite of three days, the object is sold.

We accompany the inspection of the home on the day of the transfer. We ensure the transfer of the property at the notary.

7.Evaluation

After we have sold your home, you can also always approach us again, if you have any questions regarding the completion or change of revenue, we will be happy to help.
